SET: A case study from RFS

“SET has had such a positive impact on our sales productivity. It’s taken away the headache of the usual administration and given us more control. We get far better information and more time to talk to customers and prospects.” – Heidi Lavery, Client Engagement Manger RFS.

About RFS
We are a specialist resourcing and regulatory management company based in Swindon, England. We help the financial services sector manage regulation by putting in the right people and processes when and where they’re needed.

What CRM did you use before switching to SET?
Before SET, we explored and tested many alternative CRM applications however none were able to provide the level of insightful data that we required to proactively manage our sales pipeline.

How did SET change the way your business works?
The first thing we did was important our data into SET. After this we agreed the stages of our sales process and created our own customised opportunity pipeline. It was so quick and easy and immediately made things better organised. We’re now saving a lot of time and using the information SET collates to make better decisions.

Now that you’re using SET, how is your sales workflow different? Have there been any improvements?
We’ve become more productive, more collaborative and more responsive. At any time, we can see exactly what’s going on with an opportunity. We get to share more information more freely than before. It’s saved a lot of internal emails and phone calls and allowed us to be much quicker in getting back to customers with the right information.

In conclusion…
SET is the most intuitive CRM solution that we’ve tried, and it has made a massive impact on our collaboration and productivity. At all times we all know exactly who is working on what and we are all spending more time with customers and less time on our laptops. The support provided by the team at SET has been first class. To be honest we weren’t expecting such an affordable CRM solution to be so much better.
